YOUR PRIVACY
Compli processes your data carefully and only when necessary for safe access, control, and collaboration on a project site.
1
Why do you need my data?
The main contractor uses Compli to verify that everyone meets the requirements for access, safety, and liability. Compli supports this as a processor.
2
How long is my data stored?
Data is retained in line with statutory tax retention periods, often up to seven years. After that, it is deleted unless a legal obligation requires longer retention.
3
Who has access to my data?
Only authorized personnel at your employer, the main contractor, and Compli are given access when necessary for their work.
4
Which of my data is being recorded?
Depending on your role, this may include your name, contact details, date of birth, nationality, identity details, and valid certificates.
5
Is a copy of my ID stored?
For Dutch employees and individuals from the EEA, no copy of the identity document is stored. This may be different when required by law.
6
How is the security of my data ensured?
Compli secures data with encrypted connections, restricted access, and technical and organizational measures aligned with ISO 27001.
7
Where can I request my data?
You can request your data from your employer or the main contractor. If you’re unable to resolve this, contact Compli at privacy@compli.nl.
